TAIL-Wind Direction

Developing a rural setting working farm model in a calming environment for adults with disabilities, to assist their abilities with “Direction”.

Multiple Gardens for Many Opportunities

The Need

In west-central Minnesota, the need is overwhelming for developing a working farm model for those individuals who have sensory issues, easily distracted, and light sensitivity that could cause extreme overload and distress for individuals.

While there are many programs for children with these challenges, we need more programs geared towards adults.

How we will fix it.

TAIL-Wind Direction will provide a working environment for those who need that special place to work, learn, develop friendships, enjoy the outdoors, attend community outings and have an overall feeling of self-worth and belonging. Here, individuals can use their abilities and grow to their fullest potential in a calming atmosphere with guidance and direction by mentors who connect with their unique abilities and assist where needed.

Help Us Reach Our Goals
